I further agree that my personal data, i.e. my IP address, first and last name, title, gender, date of birth, nationality, legal conditions of employment, completed military service, driver’s license, education and professional career, language as well as other special skills, information concerning the desired position, availability, restriction notices as well as personality traits and interests including all data provided in the attachments (e.g. curriculum vitae, certificates) are processed by Schaufler GmbH in the course of handling my application (in the sense of § 4 Z 4 of the Austrian Data Protection Act - DSG 2000, i.e. collected, saved, stored etc.).
Data inquiry, maintenance and modification as well as right of rescission at any time
You are entitled to request information concerning your data at any time as well as its correction or deletion. You may rescind further processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of DSG 2000 in its current version.
Your data will be stored during the application process, for the duration of subsequent employment, if applicable, and for the retention period following you application and/or employment.
