We process personal data which have been made available to us by users of our website and/or by customers by way of inquiries or registration for concluding a contract. Data are processed for the purpose of contract fulfilment and invoicing in accordance with the Austrian Federal Tax Code BAO, § 131 and § 132.

 

Use and transfer of personal data

If personal data have been made available to us by users of our website and/or customers, such data are exclusively used for answering inquiries, implementation of contracts and technical administration.

We only transfer personal data to third parties if required for contract implementation or invoicing or upon the consent of the website user/customer. You may revoke your consent to future data processing at any time.

Stored personal data are deleted, if the user of our website and/or customer revokes consent to data storage, if data are no longer required for the purpose the were originally collected for or if data storage is or becomes unlawful due. Data for invoicing and accounting are not affected by a request for deletion.

Information, correction, deletion

We are happy to provide you with information about stored personal data on written request. Please send your request to office@schaufler-metalle.com

Please inform us if the data processed by us are incorrect. We will rectify errors immediately and inform you about the corrections made.

If you object to the prolongation of data processing, please inform us informally under office@schaufler-metalle.com. We will delete your data immediately, unless we are obliged to save data due to retention duties or the data are needed for the completeness of our accounting documents and inform you about the deletion. Should there be any compulsory legal reasons that prevent deletion, we will also inform you immediately.
